Data from a survey held in the United States in late 2023 found that the preferred language for news among Latino immigrants was Spanish, with 47 percent saying they would rather get news this way than from English-language news media. Meanwhile, more than 20 percent of all respondents, whether immigrants or U.S. born, said that they consumed their news in a mix of Spanish and English.
