In a 2023 survey, three out of 10 respondents among IT professionals worldwide declared using automated tools for 24x7 user behavior monitoring for security purposes, while 26 percent of respondents mentioned using monitoring only after a security incident for forensic analysis. By contrast, only two percent of respondent claimed not monitoring user behavior at all within their organization.
