In 2023, consumers expressed their opinions on the benefits of AI for streaming platforms, with improved content recommendations and personalized playlists ranking the highest with 37 percent of respondents, followed by AI-generated subtitles and translations for a better accessibility. In contrast, 26 percent of respondents considered that none of the options available in the survey are benefits of AI for streaming services.
