Mobile games top in-app purchases in U.S. and Canada 2024

A survey conducted between December 2023 and January 2024 found that 56 percent of high-value mobile gaming spenders in the United States and Canada spent money in-game to buy in-game currency or gems. Cosmetics or skins were the least popular in-app purchases across all spending cohorts.
