Get in touch with us nowMales were the larger share of managers throughout the Nordic Semiconductor organization in 2023, with females holding 30 percent of managerial positions in the rest of the organization organization. In the research and development department, this was however much more skewed towards males, with them holding an over 90 percent share of managerial positions.
In 2023, females constituted around a 15 percent of the workforce at Nordic Semiconductor, or around 255 employees. Females were the largest share in the Philippines, accounting for 66 percent of employees there, and for nearly 30 percent of employees in Taiwan. Given this share of employees, the fact that females held 30 percent of the rest of business managerial positions is out of proportion to their overall employee share.
