Consumer opinion on sustainable food in Poland 2021
Polish consumers are making more conscious food choices. Nearly nine out of 10 Poles were guided by the impact of particular products on their own health and that of their loved ones in 2021 when making food purchase decisions, while for 61 percent of respondents, the environmental impact of a product's manufacture was essential to them.
