In 2022, the investments in China's solar power industry amounted to almost 287 billion yuan. Distributed photovoltaic power generation is developing faster than centralized photovoltaic power generation. Decentralized solar power includes photovoltaic panels on houses and businesses, in comparison to large scale solar parks.
