The eMAG Group, the parent company of the largest e-commerce marketplace in Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria, spent over 115 thousand gigajoules of natural gas for its operations in 2022. This resulted in nearly 6.5 metric tons of CO₂ emissions, which was the largest source of emissions, closely followed by emissions from vehicle fuel.
