During a global survey conducted at the end of 2023 it was found that more than half of surveyed adults felt frustrated with having to pay for multiple content platforms to access their desired entertainment. This sentiment remained fairly unchanged compared to the previous year, indicating that the media industry has yet to address this issue to keep the customers happy.
