Respondents received the following questions for the self-reported depression evaluation: "Have you ever had a period when you were very anxious or worried, for at least 2 weeks in a row?" and "Have you had this in the past 12 months"
1. Low: Includes primary education, intermediate preparatory vocational education (vmbo), level 1 of secondary vocational education (mbo-1), and junior years of secondary education (avo onderbouw).
2. Intermediate: Senior general secondary education (havo), pre-university education (vwo), and secondary vocational education (mbo).
3. High: Higher vocational education (hbo), academic education including bachelor's and master's degrees (wo), and doctoral studies.
