According to a survey on television consumption habits in India in 2023, over 60 percent of the respondents stated they would like to access live TV channels through an OTT service. On the other hand, more than 40 percent of the respondents opined that they were willing to watch advertisements to lower subscription fees for streaming video-on-demand (SVoD) services.
