In Portugal, in 2023, MEO had the biggest share of subscribers among all service operators providing pay television via FTTH, namely 58 percent. Vodafone followed, with 29 percent, while NOS closed the podium with 19 percent.
Pay TV via cable and DTH was dominated by NOS, which controlled 90 and 64 percent of subscribers, respectively. Finally, MEO had 94 percent of pay TV subscribers via ADSL.
