The issue which most respondents fully agreed with the EU's response was in providing humanitarian support, with 54 percent of respondents fully agreeing and an additional 35 percent tending to agree. At the opposite end of the spectrum is the issue of financing and supplying military equipment for Ukraine, which is supported to at least some extent by half of respondents, but which is opposed by 34 percent of respondents, the most for any issue included in the survey.
