According to a recent survey in 2024, most U.S. respondents (54 percent) used coffee (all varieties, including hot and/ or cold) as their main source of caffeine. Energy drinks, on the other hand, which advertise their revitalizing effects, were only mentioned by seven percent of those surveyed.
