Under the Rugby League World Cup 2021 Social Impact Programme, a grants scheme named CreatedBy invested 26.4 million British pounds into rugby league-related community projects in England. As of July 2023, this initiative had paid for 200 wheelchairs and 183 sets of equipment. Other projects funded by the program included 51 new clubhouses and 35 new changing rooms.
