According to the 2023 Infrastructure Index, Norway was the country where it was easiest to do business of the 40 countries ranked in the index, with a maximum possible score. Singapore, Finland, and Australia followed behind. The Infrastructure index ranks the attractiveness in countries based on nine different criteria, including economic status, political stability, and private participation. Germany topped the index in 2023.
