The Metro Bike Share in Los Angeles has relied fully on docked bicycles since late 2021. The scheme had some dockless bikes in the scheme before, but trips by dockless bikes only ever made up a negligible share of total trips.
The scheme recorded its highest number of trips since 2020 in September 2023, when nearly 51,400 trips were made.
