As of 2023, analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) were both the most established technologies across the organizations in critical business and IT workflows and the most deployed in limited business areas. The deployment phases accounted however for only ten percent and 35 percent of the responding enterprises, respectively. All the observed technologies are mostly still in underway pilot projects for limited business areas or in the proof-of-concept phase for limited applications.
