Pesticides used in agriculture in Turkey 2010-2023, by type

In 2023, a total of 57.8 thousand tons of pesticides were used in the agricultural industry in Turkey. In that year, fungicides were the most used type of pesticide, with over 19,600 tons. They were followed by herbicides, with over 15,000 tons used in 2023.
