Share of female employees at Arcelik worldwide 2019-2023, by position

From 2019 to 2023, Arcelik saw meaningful increases in the share of female employees in the company's top management positions, from only 14 percent to 27 percent of positions. Female representation in technical positions such as STEM-related or IT positions also increased in the given period. In contrast, female representation in management positions declined from 23 percent in 2019 to 18 percent in 2023.
