Share of resort/hotel spas in the U.S. in 2022, by region

A 2022 survey of resort and hotel spa establishments in the United States revealed that almost 40 percent of these establishments were located in the south west of the country, which included the states of California and Arizona. Meanwhile, only six percent of hotel or resort spas in the country were located in the north west in states such as Washington and Idaho.
