Share of spas in the U.S. in 2022, by region

A 2022 survey of spa establishments in the United States revealed that almost one quarter of these establishments were located in the north east of the country, which included the states of New York and Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, under six percent of spas in the country were located in the north west in states such as Washington and Idaho.
