Around 11.5 percent of respondents answered that no records of receipts of goods are being saved.

The records of receipts include records such as the “receipt date,” “recipient,” “item name,” and “quantity” of incoming raw materials or purchased goods and ingredients.
The methods of preservation include entry into “ledgers” or other accounting books, electronic data on computers, as well as documents provided by suppliers such as “delivery slips” and “invoices,” and documents issued by transportation companies such as “shipping notes.”
