In 2023, online consumers showed higher awareness towards the use of electric vehicles in last-mile delivery compared to a year prior. According to a survey carried out in eight countries in North America and Europe, 31 percent of online consumers believed electric fleets should be used now, 11 percentage points up from 2022. Another 61 percent of them expected electric vehicles to be used in five years time.
