According to a 2023 study carried out in Europe and North America, 60 percent of online consumers were interested in carbon neutral delivery. About the same percentage of respondents would opt for a single delivery of multiple online orders while another 56 percent of surveyed consumers would appreciate having the seller recommend the most sustainable delivery option.
