In the fiscal year 2023, ICCR had an expenditure of over one billion Indian rupees on Cultural Centers abroad, the highest expenditure among its foreign projects. This was followed by expenditure on Teacher in Centers (TIC), which accounted for more than 90 million rupees during the same year. Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) carried out various foreign projects to promote Indian art and culture abroad and further cultural ties with the rest of the world.
