Similarly, the use of commercial platforms and tools rose from 37.82 percent in 2022 to around 74.29 percent in 2023. In contrast, the utilization of other resources like internal platforms and tools saw a slight increase from 42.02 percent in 2022 to approximately 45.71 percent in 2023
