During a global survey among static out-of-home (OOH) media owners published in February 2024, almost two-thirds (or 64.3 percent) of respondents said they intended to digitize between one and 25 percent of their inventory in the future. While less than five percent reported plans to digitize more than half of their inventory, almost nine percent stated they would keep their static inventory intact. Another source forecast that traditional OOH ad spending worldwide will grow by nearly seven percent to almost 24 billion U.S. dollars in 2024.
