About one in three respondents in a 2024 survey among real estate investors in Germany shared that they were examining use cases for artificial intelligence (AI) in their business model. Additionally, 47 percent of respondents expected to bring changes to their business model but were planning to wait until the topic develops in the next few years. Just a small share of investors, seven percent, had already adopted AI in their company's daily business.
