A 2023 study focused on the demand for digital services in the exhibition industry worldwide. Based on the survey, technologies for event analytics and data collection were the most demanded tools among pure organizers, with 64 percent of respondents reporting so. While the demand for booking solutions for exhibitors was highest among organizers and venue operators, the interest in AI technology reached its peak among pure venue operators.
