A January 2024 study focused on the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the global exhibition industry. Based on the survey, roughly half of respondents in Mexico, the United States, and the United Kingdom reported using AI for sales, marketing, and customer relations. By contrast, just 18 percent of the sample in China and 30 percent in France did the same.
