In 2023, the two main reasons lawyers would start trusting generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) more were transparency on how GenAI is built and how it works, and precise training and/or testing a set of data. Only four percent of respondents would have liked a regulatory approval, for example, law, a certification, or confirmation from the Bar association.
