As of January 2023, the e-levy rate on electronic transfers in Ghana stood at one percent. This decreased from 1.5 percent in May 2022. In May 2022, Ghana introduced an electronic transaction tax on the value of electronic transfers for mobile money and banks, with some exceptions.
