Reasons for visiting South Korea 2023, by age

According to a survey conducted among international visitors to South Korea throughout 2023, around 70 percent of respondents in their twenties stated that they visited the country for leisure and holiday purposes. This was the most common reason for travelers all ages. Business travel was a major reason for people aged 30 years and older to travel to South Korea short-term.
