In a survey conducted across Southeast Asian markets in September 2023, 70 percent of the respondents in Singapore stated to be uncertain about the quality of services provided by telehealth professionals. Another 51 percent of Singaporean respondents saw a disadvantage of telehealth in the inability to quickly go through other medical procedures after the initial consultation.
