In a survey conducted across Southeast Asian markets in September 2023, 79 percent of the respondents in both Singapore and Thailand stated convenience as one of the advantages to using telehealth, with telehealth enabling patients to get remote medical consultations without the need to go to a hospital or clinic. Convenience was the leading telehealth advantage in all five surveyed Southeast Asian markets.
