As of February 2023, around 44 percent of parents of children under 18 surveyed in the United States reported strongly or somewhat supporting brands using generative artificial intelligence to make advertisements. On the other hand, 13 percent of the interviewees strongly or somewhat opposed AI use in advertising. Overall, little more than one-third of U.S. adults supported generative AI in ads.
