In 2023, while overall the top surgical procedure was liposuction, this was not the case among those under 35 and above 65 years. Breast augmentation was the cosmetic surgery most often undergone by those aged 18 to 34 years. Meanwhile, the oldest age group were most likely to receive a facelift. Overall, those between the ages of 35 and 50 accounted for four in ten of surgical procedures in the U.S.
