During a survey fielded in Canada and the United States in August 2023 among marketing and sales decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), nearly two-thirds (or 65 percent) of respondents stated that direct mail helped them to achieve increased brand awareness. Lead and sales generation followed, mentioned by 57 percent of the interviewees.
