Frequency of delivery updates among online merchants 2023

Nearly one in five online merchants did not provide updates on the status of the delivery, a 2023 survey revealed. Some 42 percent of surveyed online merchants updated customers on their delivery only upon shipment, while another 26 percent of respondents shared periodic updates.
