Overall, the number of fixed-access customers subscribed to Orange decreased in most of their markets in 2023, except for Belgium & Luxembourg and the Africa & Middle East markets, with Spain reporting a marginal increase. The considerable increase in fixed-access customers in the Belgium & Luxembourg market can be attributed to the acquisition of Belgian cable operator VOO by Orange Belgium in June 2023.
