As of 2022, Greater Accra registered the highest volume of inpatient beds in Ghana, with nearly 4.2 thousand beds. The Ashanti and Eastern regions followed with around 3.7 thousand and 2.8 thousand beds, respectively. On the other hand, the North East region counted the least amount of beds.
