According to a survey conducted in 2023 in the United States, 51 percent of respondents reported only being interested in free dating apps or websites. Around a quarter of adults said they would be willing to pay up to 15 U.S. dollars per month for online dating platforms, and a further 12 percent stated they would be willing to pay between 15 and 40 U.S. dollars monthly. Overall, only five percent of respondents were interested in online dating services charging more than 100 U.S. dollars per month.
