According to a survey on mobile data usage in Thailand in August 2023, around 25 percent of respondents stated that they were willing to pay up to 10 percent more for a mobile plan with a lower carbon footprint. In addition, 20 percent of respondents expressed their willingness to pay up to 5 percent more.
