Instagram ranked second, with 50 million downloads, while Meta-powered communication app WhatsApp ranked third with 33 million downloads. Microblogging platform Threads recorded around 15 million downloads from Android users in the last examined month, while music and podcast app Spotify generated around 14 million downloads.
