Most respondents had merely begun to test the waters with generative AI initiatives within their organizations in 2023. This is in all likelihood due to the young age of the technology and rapid increases in use are highly probably as it matures in the coming years. Just over 10 percent responded that they had already implemented generative AI within the business, while the vast majority was only at the idea stage.
