Security companies' views on sustainable practices worldwide 2023

During a 2023 survey, half of respondents among Asian physical security professionals reported that buying energy-saving or low-power consumption products to contribute to greener and low-carbon practices was very important for them. This share amounted to 44 percent for Western physical security professionals. In addition, 45 percent of Western respondents and 37 percent of Asian respondents claimed that contributing to sustainable practices was somewhat important. On the other hand, only four percent of Asian and three percent of Western respondents considered buying energy-saving or low-power consumption products to contribute to greener and low-carbon practices not important at all.
