From 2021 through August 2023, the in-flow and out-flow of hedge funds varied. 2022, saw the largest fund outflows, with Asia being the only region to have experienced an inflow of investment. In 2023, fund flows began to become more optimistic with every region experiencing an inflow of funds, emerging markets had the largest inflow of funds at 0.8 billion U.S. dollars.
