During an August 2023 survey among business-to-business (B2B) marketers in the United States, nearly half (or 48 percent) of respondents reported plans to raise marketing budgets for the following year. Around 27 percent of interviewees intended to reduce the marketing spending, while 25 percent planned to maintain the same budget in 2024. According to the same study, chatbots, coding, and design were among the leading artificial intelligence (AI) usages among U.S. B2B marketers in 2023.
