During an early 2024 survey carried out among app marketers worldwide, roughly a quarter of respondents said Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) changes positively impacted their overall user acquisition (UA) performance, either slighty (20 percent) or very (four percent). On the other hand, 44 percent the changes impacted UA performance negatively.

The survey was carried out among app marketer from gaming (54 percent) and non-gaming (46 percent) app verticals. The respondents came fro the Asia-Pacific region (27 percent), the Americas (32 percent), and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (41 percent). Respondents work with monthly advertising budgets of from 50,000 to over 1,000,000 U.S. dollars.
